Last week Governor Jay Inslee rolled out his climate agenda for the 2019 legislative session. Altogether, the pieces of this package would reduce our state’s greenhouse gas emissions 25 percent below 1990 levels by 2035—and hopefully put us on a path to reduce emissions even further.
